At Sosoquick Logistics, your privacy and security are our top priorities. This FAQ section explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our services, website, or mobile applications.
Below are answers to some common questions from our users:

1. How do I request a delivery?

- Open the Soso Quick app.
- Tap on **"Request Delivery"**.
- Enter your **pickup location** and **drop-off location**.
- Select your **package type** (small parcel, documents, large items, etc.).
- Review the **delivery fee**.
- Confirm and make payment.
- A rider will be assigned and dispatched to your pickup location.

2. What areas do you cover?

We currently operate in major cities across Nigeria including **Lagos**, **Abuja**, **Port Harcourt**, and **Benin**.
We are constantly expanding — please check the app for updates on serviceable areas.

3. How can I track my delivery?

- Once your request is confirmed, go to **"My Deliveries"** in the app.
- Click on the active delivery to see **real-time tracking**.
- You’ll also get notifications when the rider picks up and delivers the item.

4. How can I delete my account?

**Steps:**
1. Open the Soso Quick app.
2. Go to **Settings** > **Account**.
3. Tap on **"Request Account Deletion"**.
4. Fill out the short form and confirm your request.
Alternatively, you can email us at **customer-support@sosoquicklogistics.com.ng** with the subject line **"Account Deletion Request"**.
⚡ **Important:**
Account deletion requests are processed within **7 business days**.

5. What data is deleted when I delete my account?

When your account is deleted:

- **Deleted Immediately:**
- Your personal information (name, phone number, email address)
- Your profile photo
- Saved delivery addresses
- Payment method information

- **Retained for a Limited Time (90 days):**
- Past transaction and delivery records (for legal, tax, and fraud prevention purposes)
- Customer support tickets or complaints
After 90 days, the retained data is **automatically and permanently deleted**.

6. Why are some data retained even after account deletion?

Due to **Nigerian financial regulations** and **anti-fraud laws**, we are required to retain certain transaction records for a minimum period of time.
This is strictly for **audit**, **legal**, and **safety** purposes and will not be used for marketing or any other activities.

7. How can I update my delivery if I made a mistake?

- Open the app and find your active delivery.
- Tap **"Edit Delivery"** before the rider picks up the item.
- If the pickup has already started, please **contact customer support** immediately via in-app chat or call.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
- Bank transfers
- Debit/Credit cards (via Flutterwave and Paystack)
- USSD payments
Cash payments are **currently not supported** for security reasons.

9. What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

We take your deliveries seriously.
If your package is lost or damaged, please report it within **24 hours** through the app under **Support > Report an Issue**.
We offer limited insurance coverage based on the declared value of your package at the time of request.

10. How do I become a rider on Soso Quick?

- Download the **Soso Quick Rider** app.
- Register and upload your valid documents (Driver’s License, Proof of Bike Ownership, Insurance).
- Attend a short onboarding session (virtual or in-person).
- Once approved, start accepting delivery jobs and earn!
